All pieces sold on Gannelon are handmade in small batches or as one-of-a-kind objects.
Due to the natural characteristics of wood and handcraft processes, variations in grain, texture, tone, and minor imperfections are part of the work and not considered defects.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of error, suspected fraud, or product unavailability

.All payments on gannelon.com are processed securely via Squarespace Payments (Stripe/PayPal/Apple Pay). We do not store your full credit card information. Payment must be completed at checkout for your order to be confirmed.

3. Shipping

We ship orders with care using tracked delivery where possible.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because items are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
